Raw chokladbollar med spirulina, chiafrön och kokos

On the Valentine's Day I got inspired to make something new, that I haven't tried before. Chocolate balls with coconut... For a couple of years I have been following many healthy recipes of famous bloggers and healthy food guru, and I have tried so many rawfood bars in my entire life... And so, the time is right to make my own rawfood balls. Look at the result on the photo below and I must say, that the taste... was far more better then I expected and the recipe came out more advanced than I assumed. I decided to follow my intuition and here you can see, and hopefully try, my first recipe for Raw Chocolate Balls with Spirulina, Chia seeds and coconut. 

Ingrdients:

2 tbs flax seeds

1/2 tbs spirulina

3 tbs oats

1 tbs cacao

8 dates

2 tbs coffee

2 tbs Philadelphia creamy cheese

Arrak Aroma

1/3 tbs chia seeds

2 tbs rosted coconut flakes


Preparations:
Mix all the dry ingredients first with dates. Add coffee, Philiadelphia cheese and arrak aroma. Form small balls approx. 3 cm Diameter. Roll them in coconut flakes. Very easy and quick recipe. The balls with spirulina and chia + some arrak aroma give en exciting combination.
